Contract Manager 合同经理 MacGregor 麦基嘉 麦基嘉(上海)贸易有限公司,麦基嘉 职责描述:
Key tasks:
To make sure that all contract objectives are met, contract is executed on time and within the budget.
To have functional responsibility for the Contract Group (Design, Purchasing, Production Control and Installation)
To ensure that all Contract Group members follow the ordered concept and specification.
To monitor contract progress and budget.
To be prime point of contact with customer during the contract period.
Reporting
Ensure that Validation meeting takes place and is documented.
Ensure that Contract Follow up meetings take place and are documented.
Ensure Design Reviews take place and are documented.
Regular reporting of status of contracts including financial opportunities and threats - PCS.
Reporting and resolving nonconformities.
Ensure that Close Out meeting takes place to share feedback and document accordingly.
Planning
Regular updating of the contract program to ensure milestones are adhered to.
Commercial
To agree as to how the commercial aspects should be handled during the contract period.
Monitor that invoices have been raised and payments received.
任职要求:
Requirements:
• B.Sc or higher technical education;
• Several years of documented experience from international contract work. Techn. and econ. knowledge in combination with common sense and interest;
• Ability to co-operate/create and maintain good contacts with customers and the project group;
• Technical skills Ship Building technologies,RoRo knowledge;
• Installation methods;
• Knowledge in managing, analysing situations and make decisions;
• Communication/teamwork skills;
