Responsibilities:
· Uphold the image of the CHANEL brand (VM Merchandising + Boutique Maintenance + Grooming)
· Manage and inspire the Boutique Team
· Build a client-centric Boutique Team
· Properly manage merchandise & inventory
· Effectively manage day-to-day operation
· Fostering close partnerships
Requirements:
· Secondary school graduate. University graduate a plus
· Fashion/ retail/ luxury background definitely an advantage
· Minimum 2 years experience in managing a team of no less than 25 members
· Fluent in English and local language, mandarin is a plus
· Knowledge of shop operations such as stock operations, cash and credit card handling, stock count measures
· Leadership and management
