Expression of survivin in human colon carcinoma and its clinical significance
【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the expression of survivin and its relationship with the clinical feature of colon carcinoma. METHODS: In 46 specimens of colon carcinoma and adjacent noncancerous colon tissues, the expression of survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Of the 46 cases of colon carcinoma, 28 cases expressed survivin but survivin was not detected in adjacent noncancer ous colon tissues. The expression of survivin in colon carcinoma was not associated with the patients age, gender and differentiated level (P>0.05), but with the metastasis of colon carcinoma (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The high expression of survivin in colon carcinoma suggests that it plays an important role in the development and metastasis of colon carcinoma.

【摘要】 目的: 检测结肠癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白survivin的表达， 分析 survivin与结肠癌临床特征的关系. 方法 : 采用免疫组织化学技术检测46例结肠癌组织和癌旁结肠组织中survivin的表达. 结果: 46例结肠癌组织中survivin基因表达28例,癌旁结肠组织中无survivin基因的表达. Survivin的表达与结肠癌的发病年龄、性别、分化程度无关(P>0.05),而与结肠癌的转移有关联性(P<0.05). 结论:在结肠癌中survivin的表达能促进结肠癌的发生 发展 和转移.

0引言
结肠癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一, 生存素(survivin)是迄今最强的凋亡抑制因子,在人类大多数肿瘤组织（如结肠癌、乳腺癌、胃癌）中有表达,而不见于成人终末分化的组织［1-3］. 我们发现survivin在结肠癌组织中,尤其是有转移的结肠癌组织中表达明显,而在癌旁正常组织中不表达.
1材料和方法
1.1材料
200207/200408结肠癌患者46(男28，女18)例， 年龄35~82(平均59)岁. 术前均未接受放化疗. 病理诊断均经过我院病理科专家组复核无误. 标本选取包括肿瘤原发病灶、癌旁正常组织和淋巴结. 用40 g/L甲醛固定，由病理科进行包埋、切片、HE染色和免疫组织化学染色.
